Benevolence Fund

Since its inception, the Collin County Deputies Association has looked after the needs of Collin County’s law enforcement personnel. We have raised funds to assist deputies with their fight against cancer, provided transportation back to Texas via air ambulance for deputies who fell seriously ill while out of state, and helped rebuild the homes of deputies effected by natural disasters. Our charitable work has also benefited other Texas law enforcement officers and citizens in our community.

This charitable work has been accomplished through volunteer service and donations. These donations have come from our members, local police associations, statewide police associations, businesses, and our citizens. One thing that has limited our local businesses from contributing is our association’s inability to provide a donation letter for tax purposes. That issue has been solved.

We are happy to announce the launch of the Collin County Deputies Association Benevolence Fund. This not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization has the goal of assisting Collin County’s law enforcement employees and their families through fundraising and community partnerships. In addition, we will be able to greater assist our community partners such as the America’s Defenders Foundation, which assists law enforcement officers and wounded veterans.
